Game Day Rules & Guidelines

Gate fee is now under 5 is free, ages 5-14 is $5.00, ages 15 and up is $7.00.

PAL/ AYF Code of Conduct strictly enforced.

No food, drinks, backpacks filled with outside food/drinks (subject to random search) or coolers allowed to be brought into venue. (Concession Stand Available)

No Coolers Allowed. (*Exception)
*Each team (Football/Cheer) allowed to bring in 1 Cooler in for drinks and fruit for players. Cooler must be marked (Team 8-U Jags) Cooler must be inside the player box. Cooler must be brought in with approved coach/team parent will be checked in at gate and noted.

Each sideline will have at least a 5-gallon cooler with Ice and water for players.

• No Pets Allowed.
• No Alcohol, weapons, Smoking or Tobacco products allowed on venue premises.

Player Check in – All teams must be present at the check in table one hour before scheduled game.
Books will close 30 minutes prior to game time. Only one coach and team mom are allowed at check in table.

We practice in the rain; however, practice and games will be suspended in the event of lightning. Our home field has a lightning meter on at all times to monitor the situation.

If lightning is detected within ten miles, play will be suspended, and all players, parents and participants will be instructed to take shelter. All parents, fans, and other spectators will be instructed to evacuate the facility and seek shelter in their cars.

The “all clear” will be given 30 minutes after the last lightning strike within the ten-mile range.
